Having trouble finding great Facebook content to post on your page?
Tired of Googling for content only to find the same old boring stuff?
We can help!
I confess, I used to use Google to search for images to post on my Facebook page.
I would search for keyword phrases like “motivational quotes” or “motivational quotes for Facebook.”
It’s an easy way to go about it. After all, you only have to wait a few seconds and then voila… Google does the work and shows you what to post.
Here’s the problem…
It’s time consuming to come up with new phrases to type in — and worse yet — the content is repetitive.
Pretty soon, the same old stuff keeps coming up. Plus, since that content is SEO optimized, other people will be searching and posting the same exact thing.
My desktop got very MESSY when I was doing this. At one point, I had over 20 different images I had saved to post.
Finally, I realized there had to be a better way. All that was too much work!
Does any of this sound familiar? I bet some of you have gone through the same thing too.
These days, Facebook is putting more weight on quality content.
Will your posts pass the Facebook quality content test? Ask yourself these 5 questions:

I had the pleasure of being interviewed by Chris Barrows for the WhyISocial podcast, and Chris did such an excellent job of researching my past that he was able to pull personal stories from me I don’t typically share.
Take a listen as we talk about my (current) favorite social network, Snapchat, my days as an editorial writer for the Tar Heel Press, and why I love social media so much.

If you missed my last post that chatted all about how excited I was to co-host MobCon with Ryan Peña of MentorMate – you’d know what I’m getting ready to share!
But in case you missed it – MobCon is an annual tech conference created by Mentor Mate, a leading Android/iOS mobile app developer that’s making waves in the mobile tech industry. It’s a conference that attracts some of the biggest names working for brands like Fitbit, Adobe, Microsoft, Pandora, Target, and many more.
And the best part is that they hired me to assist Ryan with their social media activity and live streaming! Mainly, I was tasked with interviewing speakers, generating buzz online, and doing whatever I could to make Ryan’s life easier.
So of course I have to share the major highlights, interviews, and my favorite speaker presentation from Blab.im CEO Shaan Puri.
But first, working with Ryan and the MentorMate team was an honor. It was such an excellent collaboration that everything seemed easy, even though it required me waking up at 4am three days in a row.
Let’s jump in!
My first interview with Sarah Peterson Post, the main creator of Target’s Cartwheel app was a blast.
It was the first interview of the conference, and she was a delight to talk with!
Enjoy this great interview with Carlos Gil and Tayo Rockson of Hustle Culture. These guys got me to open up about my struggles as an entrepreneur, successes, and goals for the future. I’ve never been this personal on an interview before, and I owe to their friendships in my everyday life.
Thanks for having me, guys – it was a pleasure!
