In this week’s #WednesdayWisdom, I’m excited to focus on the importance of making peace with our fears. Fear is pervasive right now, it’s everywhere, but I wanted to offer you encouragement and practical ways to meet your fears head-on.
In this episode, I’ll share some background information on fear – why we feel it, where it originates in our body and how to physically know when it’s taking over. Plus, I’ll give you five practical ways to make peace with and befriend fear.
Fear is necessary and useful, but it shouldn’t be driving the car. I hope you enjoy this episode!
