Hi, John! I wouldn’t recommend Snapchat for this type of community, but would suggest an app like Slack or possibly creating a Facebook group. Either one of these could offer you privacy and the ability to upload/share documents and media. Hope that helps! 🙂

I’ve never been able to make it work. Business owners discussion confidential things about their business, asking questions of the group, sharing what they’ve learned. Would SnapChat make it feel more confidential?
