Zaire Kacz is an incredible photographer. We have never met in person, but I was blown away by the photo set she did with my sister several years ago, and then the photos she took of my parent’s French restaurant.

But when it comes to Facebook marketing, like many business owners, Zaire doesn’t have the right social media strategies working for her. She produces and shares gorgeous photos, but Facebook marketing takes a lot more than beautiful photography to successful reproduce viable income for a business.

However, because she does have unlimited amounts of visual content, she’s ahead of many business owners.

Brian and Anita Jackel are the fine owners of Indian Summer Leather Design, located on the beautiful Gabriola Island in British Columbia. The husband/wife team work hard to give their customers the very best with Anita designing gorgeous leather products and Brian making sure the business runs smoothly from an administrative level.

I met these fabulous folks in the midst of an online course and was impressed by the attention to detail put into the bag designs and the care with which the marketing is handled.

But of course, the Jackels are already wearing too many hats to maintain everything at optimal levels. Still, thanks to unique and beautiful products, there’s much that can be done!

Alan VanToai, founder of Crewlab, is a location-independent entrepreneur who’s got his hands in a whole bunch of projects. A previous Yelp employee and personality powerhouse, Alan is taking the startup scene by storm with his podcast interviews and focus on showcasing other entrepreneurs blossoming onto the scene.

His podcast, Crewlab, is an iTunes featured podcast and generates an incredible amount of attention. In addition, Alan writes excellent blogs that break down business structures (I LOVE this one).

But as always, there’s a disconnect between sharing valuable content and growing an online community with social media. No biggie – let’s go over where he’s #winning and how he can maximize the problematic areas.

He blogs more than twice a week, updates his Facebook page, strategically grows his Twitter community, consistently sends updates to his email subscribers, and has self-published a few ebooks.
