It's called The Price of Fear and was one of the top blogs today. It was actually the first blog I have read that has really irritated me ~ which is comical since at times I can irritate easily. I suppose that usually I look at blogs as someone's right to say whatever they want so I don't get all worked up.

It's probably because I am beginning to get used to commenting on people's blogs.

You should find me on Facebook ~ we could swap opinions easier on Facebook crap chat :) It's under my name.

Lol...no worries on the stalking schmooze...I too, have now joined the reading of Wordpress blogs at work ~ good way to pass the time:)

I read one this morning that had me so angry, the detectives I work with were getting worried. But it spurred this huge debate amongst all of us ~ it was awesome:)

Lol...no doubt ~ to each their own!

I have to agree with you as far as fabric is concerned ~ the feel is everything. I abhor shopping (mostly because I am a broke student and therefore feel better saying I dislike it), but I could walk into any store and chose the most expensive piece without even trying.

There is just something about simplicity and elegance that I love so much.

Clothes are fun, but I do think about what they represent a lot.

This nerd finds it intriguing ;)

I spent the entire day on WordPress! Not that I'm proud, but it made the day go by super fast, lol.

Which blog was it? The whole intent of my blog is to rant, honestly, and I comment on the blogs I read similarly. I might be a little too passionate about what I think/say/feel, but I pretty much get angry at a few blogs a day, minimum, lol.

I'm a broke college student as well, but I'm broke DUE TO my shipping binges, lol. Jk, in all seriousness I happen to find a great job that allows me to be an over-the-top shopper.

Simplicity is attractive. I think females look their best, in general, while wearing something simple and not overstated. I pay attention to what EVERYone wears and I wonder what caused them to buy or wear whatever it is, good or bad. Clothes are a good medium for trying to figure someone out, not in a judgmental way, but in a perceptive way.

...And btw, I'm not stalking your blogs, I promise, lol. I happen to be at work and with nothing productive to do except distract myself with WordPress.

I think everyone dresses differently for their own reasons. There could be two identical looking guys wearing identical jeans, shirt and shoes, but for entirely opposite reasons. One could be wearing them because they're comfortable, not because they're designer brands with huge price tags. The other could be wearing them just because of the super high cost as an attempt to flaunt his social status.

I shop like a girl. I'm addicted. To the extreme. And that's rare for a straight guy, but I can't help it. I love clothes, and I have expensive taste. But at the same time, if I find a super worn band shirt at a thrift store, I'd be just as happy with that as I am with my $195 D&G t-shirt. I wear expensive clothes, and I have sideburns...those two things don't usually coincide. This gives me the ability to dress how I like, without looking like a snob. I'm comfortable in expensive stuff, NOT because of the price tags or brands, but because the material is usually more fine and I'm picky about how clothes fit my body, and most designer brands take that into consideration.

There are so many styles, trends, brands, sizes, fits, materials and people for each and every mix...I don't know that there's a single answer to your questions. To each their own.
