Welcome back for another Driven Lesson! If you are new to the podcast – Welcome, the Driven Lessons focus on the wisdom I’ve learned or am currently learning with my business and clients.
I hadn’t planned on talking about tough conversations because it’s something that I still struggle with a LOT, but it’s what I was directed to talk about. Initially, it didn’t make sense, but considering the fact it ties in so nicely with our current state of affairs in the United States, specifically the death of George Floyd, my heart agreed it was right.
Because for me, everything is tied together right now. And whether we’re discussing the importance of having tough conversations in our daily life or businesses, we definitely need to be having tough conversations about what’s going on in our country.
Today, I’m sharing my lifelong struggles with having tough conversations, how it holds us back from being all we can be, and why that ties into everything we’re seeing come to the surface in the US right now.
Because this was an inspired-message, it’s not as focused on the business side of things like Driven Lessons usually are, but I hope it motivates you to see how incorporating tough conversations into your life will make it infinitely better.
