Recently, my friend Dave Shrein asked me to write a blog about when I realized I was a leader.
Have to say, thought it was going to be a LOT easier. But when I sat down to write, the words disappeared. In fact, my confidence disappeared. All these questions were entering my mind, “Did I really consider myself a leader? Was I? Is that egotistical to say?”
There were so many questions, I was super late getting the article to David. Thankfully he was very gracious.
