Welcome back to another incredible Soul Driven discussion!
This week, I’m introducing you to Suse Silva, Holistic Mental Health Supporter to dive into the topic of loving ourselves in difficult times.
Most of us can testify that loving and accepting ourselves comes naturally when life feels aligned and we’re attracting all that we want. But much of life is lived in middle places, on a journey, or in the midst of a storm. And in those times, it can be challenging to love ourselves.
Join Suse and me as we discuss her mental health crisis and how she used this formidable time to cultivate a life that now supports others on their paths, reprogramming negative self-talk, and so much more.
If you’ve found the topic of self-love complex – this episode is for you!
Enjoy and let us know how it resonates with you.
Suse’s BIO:
Suse Silva offers holistic mental health support with a somatic approach that focuses on healing at the soul level. The best alternative to talk therapy. She uses the healing arts of somatic movement, trauma-informed yoga, qi gong, meditation, breathwork, art making, forest bathing, sound and energy healing, as well as her personal life experiences and practices, to support clients in clearing trauma from the body, regulating the nervous system and developing healthier habits to support their dreams, ambitions and soul’s calling. People often connect with Suse after they have experienced a mental health crisis, received a diagnosis; or experienced a life-shifting event such as: a death, divorce/breakup, career change, rock bottom, etc. and they are ready to empower themselves in moving forward in a new direction. Suse has a great capacity to hold nurturing spaces that inspire people to be themselves, explore, heal, grow and have fun!
Cultivating radical self love and how to love ourselves during difficult times. The importance of sharing our vulnerability / exposing our shadow self in order to love ourselves unconditionally. Navigating negative self talk. How my mental crisis was a spiritual emergency for me.
